FAQ
What insurance do I need? A certificate of insurance naming JML Productions LLC, covering rented equipment and non-owner/hired auto. Details and our certificate holder information are on our COI page.
How do I pay? Securely, online. We accept ACH, wire transfer and credit cards. Card payments go through a secure link processed by Stripe, so your card details go straight to the processor and never touch our inbox or our filing cabinet. No paper credit card authorization forms, ever.
What are your hours? Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. Saturday by appointment. After-hours and weekend access is available by arrangement, for an after-hours fee.
Do you deliver? Yes. For a flat fee, we’ll bring it to your location across the Savannah area. Deliveries over 35 miles are charged a $2 per mile fee.
What if I need something that’s not on your list? Ask. If we don’t own it, we very likely have a source, and you’ll still have one order and one invoice.
How far ahead should I book? As early as you can, especially January through May and October through November, when local demand is highest. That said, we turn around last-minute orders all the time.
